So Yesterday…

I think it went okay.  At least it was better than the past semester.  I actually bought a stationary bike from a secondhand shop.  I works way better than I expected.  I can adjust the speed and it folds up - which is definitely important in a college apartment.  It actually is a bit of a stress-relief when I’ve been studying for too long.

Also, I ate all three meals and they were relatively healthy.  This might sound a little silly to most but this is one of the bigger problems with my diet.  I get so busy that I don’t eat regularly.  Then when I do it’s large amounts of the wrong stuff.

Yay today! I can and will cope with finals and healthiness.
